How do I restore my purchase?
Open One Page → Settings → Tap "Restore Purchase". The system will automatically verify your Apple ID and restore your purchased content. Make sure you're using the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Purchase didn't unlock?
Please try restoring your purchase first. If the issue persists, completely close the app and reopen it, or restart your device. If the problem continues, please contact us.
How do I remove a favorite card?
Go to your favorites list, swipe left on the card you want to remove, then tap delete.
Where is the shared image?
After tapping the share button, the system share menu will appear. You can save to Photos, send via Messages, or share through other apps.
Does the app require internet?
Daily use doesn't require internet at all. Network connection is only needed for purchasing and restoring purchases to verify transactions.
Which devices are supported?
One Page supports iPhone and iPad running iOS 16.0 or later.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Please visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request.
